Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to use Jenis (hereinafter referred to as “this platform”, “us” or “our”). Please (hereinafter referred to as “user” or “you”) carefully read the following service terms. When you visit, register, download or use any products, services, websites or applications provided by Jenis, it indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these service terms. If you do not agree to all the contents of these terms, please stop using our services immediately.

  1. Confirmation and Amendment of the Agreement
    1.1 The content of this service agreement also includes any business rules, privacy policies and announcements that we may issue in the future. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect.

1.2 We have the right to modify this agreement based on business development, changes in laws and regulations, or technological upgrades. The modified terms will come into effect once they are published on the platform and will not be notified separately. If you continue to use the service after the terms are modified, it means that you have accepted the modified terms.

  1. Account Registration and Security
    2.1 Registration Qualification: You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the service in any other way allowed by Jenis, you should have the civil capacity corresponding to your actions as stipulated by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If you do not have the aforementioned legal capacity, please read this agreement with your guardian and obtain their consent.

2.2 Account Information: You should provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date personal or institutional information when registering. If the information changes, you are responsible for promptly updating it.

2.3 Account Security: You should properly keep your account, password and verification code secure and be fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or security vulnerabilities, you should immediately notify us. We will not be responsible for any losses caused by your failure to properly secure your account.

  1. Service Content and Usage Regulations
    3.1 Jenis provides [please briefly describe your core services here, such as: enterprise digital management tools / content sharing community / e-commerce platform]. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate some or all of the services at any time.

3.2 Usage Restrictions: When using Jenis services, you promise to strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and not to engage in the following behaviors:

Violating the principles established by the Constitution;

Harming national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting the state regime, and destroying national unity;

Damaging national honor and interests;

Fomenting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and disrupting ethnic unity;

Destroying national religious policies, promoting邪教 and feudal superstition；

Spreading rumors， disrupting social order， and undermining social stability；

Spreading pornography，色情， gambling， violence， murder， terror or any form of cyber attack without authorization；

Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations， public order， social morality or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

  1. Intellectual Property Declaration
    4.1 All content on the Jenis platform (including but not limited to text， software， code， images， audio， video， trademarks， interface design， layout framework， etc.) has intellectual property rights belonging to Jenis or relevant rights holders and is protected by law.

4.2 Without the prior written permission of Jenis or its relevant rights holders, no one is allowed to use, modify, copy, distribute, disseminate, adapt or publicly communicate the above content or create derivative works.

  1. Privacy Protection
    We highly value the protection of your personal information. For details on how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, please refer to the separately published “Jenis Privacy Policy”. The Privacy Policy and these Service Terms together constitute the complete agreement.
  2. Disclaimer and Liability Limitation
    6.1 Current Provision: Jenis’ services are provided to you in the “as is” and “as available” condition. We do not guarantee that the services will fully meet your requirements, nor do we guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, safe or error-free.

6.2 Third-Party Links: This service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and Jenis assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or operations of the third-party websites.

6.3 Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, etc.) resulting from the use or inability to use Jenis’ services shall not be subject to any liability by Jenis, regardless of the basis of the claim, whether based on contract, infringement, negligence or other legal grounds.

  1. Termination of the Agreement
    7.1 You have the right to terminate this agreement by closing your account or ceasing the use of the service.

7.2 If you violate any provisions of these Service Terms, Jenis has the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice and reserves the right to pursue legal liability against you.

7.3 After the termination of the agreement, your rights to use this service will immediately terminate, and we have the right to delete your account information and related data (except as otherwise provided by law).

  1. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
    8.1 The formation, execution, interpretation and resolution of disputes under these Service Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (excluding conflict of law norms).

8.2 If either party has any dispute regarding the content of these Service Terms or their implementation, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if no resolution is reached through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court having jurisdiction in the location of Jenis’ operating entity.
