We are a creative-led, community-spirited company on a mission to make better ice creams and bring people together. Founded by James Beard Award-winner Jeni Britton, we revolutionized the ice cream industry by throwing out pre-made mixes and artificial flavorings, choosing instead to build every single flavor completely from scratch.

A New Standard in Ice Cream

We believe ice cream can be so much more. Using a unique, texture-obsessed approach honed over decades, we craft ice creams with a uniquely smooth buttercream body, bright flavor, and a clean finish. Our flavors are inspired by art, history, pop culture, and our deepest curiosities—creating taste experiences that simply don’t exist anywhere else.
